What is on the job
The work is the engineering, the coordination, and the execution from a concept to a line that is producing. That includes a plan with milestones and the numbers we check, budget and who is assigned, procurement and the interfaces between suppliers, then commissioning: test, calibration, safety inspection, and a handover with the records. Before your team takes the line, each machine, robot cell, and control system is checked against the specification.

The plan starts with milestones, the numbers, and a risk list. Reports go to the client, the suppliers, and the site team, through one project lead. If a date moves, the fallback is already on the list. During commissioning we test and calibrate the machines and run the safety inspections against the international standards that apply. The handover is a system that has been run, with the records from those tests.
