German- and English-speaking engineers for European projects
Steyer Engineering is an ISO 9001:2015 certified engineering company based in Kazakhstan. The team works for manufacturers and suppliers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of Europe, in German or in fluent English. Project costs are competitive through a lean Kazakhstan cost base, to European engineering standards, with flexible terms.
Who the work is for
Automotive OEMs and tier-1 suppliers, aerospace, rail and industrial manufacturing, and owners of commercial and industrial buildings. The team has worked with manufacturers including Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and ZF. The work follows EU engineering standards, and the quality process is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
German or English, directly with the engineers
You talk to the engineers who do the work, in German or in English, without a translator in between. Drawings, reports, test records and meetings are in German or English and follow your standard. The office also answers in Russian and Chinese.
Time zone and availability
The office is open from 9:00 to 17:00 Kazakhstan time (UTC+5). That is 5:00 to 13:00 in Germany in winter and 6:00 to 14:00 in summer, so the European morning falls into the working day in Kazakhstan. Assignments on site follow the shifts of the plant.
On site in Europe or remote from Kazakhstan
CAD, simulation, virtual commissioning, PLC logic and software run from Kazakhstan over a connection you approve, with a record of who was connected and what changed. For installation, commissioning and troubleshooting, the engineers travel to your plant. A job can be a short assignment or a longer programme.
Rates and terms
Project costs are competitive through a lean cost base in Kazakhstan, while the work follows European engineering standards. Terms are agreed flexibly per project. The scope, the dates and the checks are fixed in the order before the work starts.
