Drawings and the record

Programmes depend on requirements you can trace, configuration control, and the same quality from one unit to the next. We work to the drawing standard, the revision rules, and the document set a regulated supply chain expects. That includes CAD models, drawings with GD&T, design reviews, and change control. The data stays versioned. Rework on the floor drops when the drawing and the part match, and the certification basis you already paid for stays intact.

The model before the line

Assembly cells, tooling, and automated stations are tested against the geometry and the logic before metal is cut or the line is powered. Interference, cycle time, and sequence show up in that test. A digital twin of the equipment is also how a change is tried and how operators are shown the station, without stopping the line.

On site and between visits

The team has worked on sites in Europe and Central Asia. Between visits, remote engineering keeps the programme moving. A job might be design time for a fixture, commissioning of a production or test station, or an engineer present for a ramp. Project management and the commissioning sequence keep the dates, the documents, and the handover in one place.

Software and the hall

We also build engineering portals, quality and traceability tools, links to ERP and QMS, and automation that joins design, production, and inspection data. Building automation and BMS or HVAC controls cover cleanrooms, assembly, and test areas.
