On site and by remote connection
On site, the engineer joins the line: finds the fault, stays for the machine build, and leaves the equipment running with the notes written down. From a distance, the connection is to the controls, the PLCs, and the other systems, so a change can be checked and the local staff can be walked through it. Travel is for the jobs that need someone standing there. The rest can start the same day.
How a job starts
We ask for the systems, the dates, and the limits before anyone arrives, so the first day is not spent learning the plant. Findings go to your team as they come up, and each step is written down. A job can be a short crew for one push, or a longer stay across a programme. The line stops only when the work requires it.
