What the plants ask for

Programme dates are short, the line rate is set, and an unplanned stop is not in the plan. A model change, a new derivative, or moved capacity makes the ramp shorter, while quality and traceability records get longer. The equipment is robotic body-in-white cells, conveyors and skids, paint-shop controls, and the sequence in final assembly. When the launch date is fixed, someone has to be on the line.

What we do on a programme

Support runs through design, build, ramp-up, and series, on site or by remote connection. Engineers join your project team for CAD and mechanical design, simulation and virtual commissioning of cells and lines, PLC and controls, installation, and commissioning. Robot paths, cycle times, and interlocks are checked in the model before the hardware is live, which matters when the shutdown window is short.

We also build line dashboards, quality and traceability portals, links into ERP, CRM, and QMS, and CAD or 3D tools. Building automation covers BMS, HVAC, controls, and energy, which paint shops and other climate-sensitive processes use because the hall affects the part and the running cost.
