Terms and Conditions
Service Agreement
By engaging Steyer Engineering, a company registered in Kazakhstan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our engineering services, project support and personnel provision. Our objective is to deliver high quality services with transparency and professionalism.
Scope of Services
Steyer Engineering provides services including project management, plant engineering, simulation support, commissioning and deployment of engineering personnel either on site or remotely. All services are provided in accordance with international standards, safety regulations and agreed client requirements.
Service Delivery and Responsibility
Our services are delivered with professional care and technical expertise. Obligations, schedules and deliverables are defined in writing prior to project commencement. Steyer Engineering is not liable for delays or limitations caused by force majeure, changes in project scope or failures of third parties.
Liability
Liability is limited to the scope and value of the agreed services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of the occurrence. Steyer Engineering maintains appropriate liability insurance in line with local requirements.
Fees and Payment Terms
All fees are agreed prior to service delivery. Payments are due within the agreed period from the invoice date. In case of late payment, Steyer Engineering reserves the right to suspend services and charge applicable interest.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property, documents, calculations, models and deliverables created by Steyer Engineering remain the property of Steyer Engineering. The client receives a non exclusive right of use for internal purposes.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all exchanged information as confidential. Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law or necessary for subcontracted service delivery.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Taraz, Kazakhstan.
Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms represent the complete agreement between Steyer Engineering and the client regarding the provision of services.
